MBO T1

The MBO T1 chisel mortiser is equipped with oil-pneumatic cross displacement and manual lengthwise movement of the table.

It can execute slots with different lengths and depths.
 

MBO T9

The MBO T9 electronic chisel mortiser is equipped with oil-pneumatic cross displacement and electrical lengthwise movement of the table.

A special system of stops enables the operator to program a set of slots on pieces much longer than the carriage stroke.

For tenoning, inside profiling with glazing bead and outside profiling. Complete with: motorised tenoning carriage (with inverter and fence with digital read-out on request ); cut-off saw; tenoning and profiling main spindle 270 mm, with electronic adjustment; glazing-bead saving unit; feeder with 6 rollers. Very quick conversion of tenoning / profiling configuration. Approx. productivity: 3 windows with two wings / hour.

These machines are suitable for small and medium window manufacturers and also for big industry as support machines out of line.
